These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Elite Travel India, a member of the Star Tours n Travels family. By booking with us, you (“Client/Traveler/Passenger”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment.
  • The balance payment must be settled within the timeline communicated at the time of booking.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Any fluctuation in exchange rates, government taxes, or fuel surcharges may affect the final cost.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • All inclusions (accommodation, transport, meals, experiences) will be clearly stated in the itinerary provided.
  • Anything not expressly mentioned shall be treated as excluded.
  • Optional services or excursions requested during travel will be billed separately.

3. Travel Documents & Compliance

  • The Client is solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, and health/vaccination certificates as required by Indian authorities.
  • Elite Travel India shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or additional expense incurred due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

4. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Elite Travel India acts as a travel curator and facilitator. While we work exclusively with verified partners (hotels, transport operators, guides, etc.), we are not responsible for the acts, defaults, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to: airline delays, hotel overbookings, strikes, political unrest, or natural calamities.
  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and personal liability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email/official WhatsApp).
  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to deduction of service charges and third-party fees (airlines, hotels, permits, etc.).
  • Certain bookings such as flights, visas, and non-refundable hotels cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

Elite Travel India shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, pandemics)
  • Political unrest, riots, strikes, government restrictions
  • Acts of terrorism or war
  • Technical failures in transport or communication systems

In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide alternate arrangements, but additional costs (if any) shall be borne by the traveler.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to follow local laws, respect cultural sensitivities, and maintain appropriate behavior.
  • Elite Travel India reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey for clients engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe conduct, without liability.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All bookings and disputes shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to bookings, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Amritsar, Punjab, India.

9. Amendments to Terms

Elite Travel India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms shall apply to all new bookings and ongoing services from the date of publication on our website.
